 Hi, I’m Stephen. I’m a desktop support technician who helps people fix computers, printers, and software problems
quickly and with less frustration. I’ve worked with small businesses, schools, and home offices to keep devices
running smoothly and users productive. What I do here: practical how-to, plain-language explanations, and step-
by-step checklists you can follow to troubleshoot common issues on Windows, macOS, and the software you rely one
very day.  Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Office productivity tools, printer and peripheral setup, remote
support workflows, and basic hardware upgrades. When I’m not solving tickets, I enjoy building home labs, testing
